We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Manager with a strong background in financial services to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a leading organization in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Analyze current operational workflows and customer journeys to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Operational & Customer Improvement: Identify friction points, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strategy & Recommendations: Develop concrete, actionable, and prioritized recommendations for process improvements and business transformation.
- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with organizational goals, and measurable outcomes.
- Financial Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of credit operations, loan origination, and risk management to guide transformation efforts effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption of change initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven track record in transformation projects within financial services, banking, or credit sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Based in the Middle East (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
- Available to start immediately.
