Context:
As part of the development of electrical network connection activities, we are looking for a Site Manager specialized in overhead and underground connections.
You will work on low-voltage (LV) projects and, ideally, medium-voltage (MV) sites, ensuring the organization, monitoring, and proper execution of works in compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare, organize, and manage overhead and underground electrical network connection sites.
• Supervise field teams and coordinate all stakeholders.
• Carry out or supervise LV connection works; MV experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret network plans, diagrams, and execution documents.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily site progress and provide progress reports.
• Manage interfaces with clients, utility providers, and other trades.
• Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance of completed works before energization.
Required Profile:
• CAP / BEP / Vocational Baccalaureate / 2-year degree in electrical engineering, electrical networks, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in overhead and underground electrical network connections.
• Proven experience on LV networks is essential.
• MV (HTA) experience is an advantage.
• Experience supervising field teams on network construction sites.
• Execution-focused site manager (no strategic decision-making responsibility).
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety rules and site procedures.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Technical Skills:
• Overhead and underground electrical network connection works.
• Ability to read plans, network diagrams, and execution documents.
• Knowledge of LV/MV network equipment and installation techniques.
• Strict application of HSE procedures.
• Site progress tracking and reporting.
