Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to lead and oversee critical banking projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience in the banking or financial sector, demonstrating strong skills in planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage banking projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and HR) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project goals.
• Communicate project status, risks, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management, including methodologies like PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Saudi banking regulations and financial operations is an advantage
