Context
As part of a complex hospital project, the HVAC Engineer is responsible for the design and sizing of HVAC systems, including critical areas such as cleanrooms and sterile zones.
The role aims to ensure the technical, regulatory, and functional compliance of installations while working closely with the project’s multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HVAC design studies and documentation for the entire hospital project

Design and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, incorporating the specific requirements of cleanrooms and critical areas

Prepare and manage drawings, schematics, calculation notes, and technical specifications (CCTP)

Collaborate with engineering, architectural, construction, and client teams to ensure technical consistency

Participate in design reviews, validations, and technical document approvals (VISAs)

Ensure compliance with standards and regulations applicable to hospital facilities

Monitor design progress and report to the project manager
Candidate Profile

Education: Degree in HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in hospital project design, including cleanrooms and sterile areas

Strong knowledge of hospital regulations and HVAC standards applicable to healthcare facilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting

Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
