Role Context
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation and coordination on large-scale urban and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The role requires expertise in BIM 360, clash detection, and multidisciplinary collaboration, ensuring design and construction integration and supporting project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) across all project disciplines
- Lead BIM coordination and clash detection sessions using BIM 360 and other collaboration tools
- Ensure proper 3D/4D/5D modeling standards and compliance with project requirements
- Support design and construction teams with BIM workflows and digital collaboration
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines for model integration
- Monitor BIM progress, issue reports, and track clash resolutions
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM tools and best practices
- Ensure model integrity, version control, and adherence to project BIM standards
- Support value engineering, construction planning, and project visualization through BIM deliverables
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 8–15 years of experience in BIM management and coordination
- Proven experience on mega or giga urban/infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools
- Experience in clash detection and resolution
- Strong understanding of design integration and construction processes
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment
Required Skills
- Expert in BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows
- Solid knowledge of 3D/4D/5D BIM implementation
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and high-quality model delivery
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with mega / giga projects in Saudi Arabia preferred
