Context

As part of technically complex commercial building projects, we are looking for an experienced BIM Electrical Power (CFO) Modeler to participate in the modeling and production of digital models for electrical installations.

The position consists of producing and updating BIM models as well as the associated technical drawings, while ensuring graphic quality and data consistency in accordance with the project requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties

BIM Electrical Power (CFO) Modeling

• Produce BIM digital models of Electrical Power (CFO) installations using Revit.
• Model electrical equipment and technical rooms.
• Integrate electrical networks and cable routing into BIM models.
• Update the models according to project developments.

Graphic Production

• Produce construction drawings, sections, details, and technical views.
• Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD based on project data.
• Translate system diagrams and technical principles into BIM models and graphical documents.
• Ensure deliverables comply with the project’s BIM standards.

Technical Coordination

• Analyze drawings, schematics, and BIM models provided by the engineering teams.
• Verify the consistency of the modeled installations with technical constraints.
• Participate in model reviews and coordination with the other disciplines.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of the data integrated into the BIM model.

Document Management

• Organize and maintain BIM production files.
• Participate in the preparation of technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with modeling procedures and standards.

Required Profile

• Associate’s to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent) in BIM, Electrical Engineering, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in BIM modeling for Electrical Power (CFO) systems.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building environments and electrical installations.
• Good understanding of electrical equipment and its layout.
• Ability to work independently using BIM modeling tools.
