Main Responsibilities
In the context of developing its BMS division, the company is seeking a Business Unit Manager to structure and grow a dedicated service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development

Ensure commercial growth: maintain and strengthen the existing client portfolio, prospect for new clients.

Respond to tenders in collaboration with internal teams.

Define and lead the development strategy: selection of technologies, strategic partnerships.

Structuring and Organization
-
Implement processes, tools, and procedures to guarantee efficiency and quality of the activity.

Organize the service in an agile and scalable manner.

Project Management
-
Oversee BMS projects from start to finish: studies, design, execution, commissioning, and maintenance.

Ensure cost, schedule, and quality control for each project.

Team Management
-
Recruit, build, and manage a technical team (project managers, technicians, etc.).

Define roles, responsibilities, and objectives for each team member.

Innovation and Technology Watch
-
Conduct active technology monitoring on innovations in BMS, automation, IoT, and smart building solutions.

Contribute to the continuous evolution of the solutions offered.

Performance Monitoring

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Provide regular reporting to senior management.
Profile Sought
Education: Engineer or equivalent Master’s degree (Bac+5) in electrical engineering, automation, industrial IT, or intelligent building systems.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the BMS field, with significant experience in business development or profit center management.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in BMS software and digital tools (Office 365).

Knowledge of main communication protocols (BACnet, KNX, Modbus, etc.).

Awareness of energy efficiency, maintenance, and connectivity challenges.
