Context
As part of tertiary-sector projects, we are looking for a CFO/CFA Works Manager to oversee the execution of electrical installation works in high-voltage currents (CFO) and low-voltage currents (CFA) during the execution phase.
You will be responsible for the successful completion of construction sites, from their preparation through to handover, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, budget and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare and organize construction sites during the execution phase.
• Plan interventions and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure the technical, operational and financial monitoring of the works.
• Supervise the progress of construction sites and ensure compliance with the schedule.
• Guarantee the compliance of installations with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the application of safety, quality and environmental rules.
• Participate in site meetings and act as the interface with the various stakeholders.
• Anticipate resource, equipment and procurement requirements.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the follow-up of outstanding items until their completion and participate in handover operations.
Technical Skills
• Solid knowledge of high-voltage current (CFO) and low-voltage current (CFA) electrical installations.
• Proven experience in works management on tertiary-sector projects.
• Proficiency in construction execution and site coordination techniques.
• Reading and interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams.
• Good knowledge of applicable electrical standards and safety rules.
• Proficiency in schedule monitoring, subcontractor management and quality control.
Candidate Profile
• Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in CFO/CFA works management in a tertiary-sector environment.
• Experience in the execution phase (EXE) is mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate several stakeholders and manage several subjects in parallel.
• Fluent French.
