Change Officer (J25-077)

Context:
As part of a complex industrial project (e.g., cleanroom, dry room, data center, or battery factory), the Change Officer is responsible for coordinating the change management process—from the identification of changes to their evaluation and implementation. The role ensures smooth handling of modifications while meeting project goals in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. The Change Officer works in close collaboration with numerous internal and external stakeholders across the project organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Change Process Coordination:

Support and advise stakeholders in managing changes

Track the change register in coordination with the MR Coordinator and engineers

Notify contributors of required actions for each change

Monitor the progress of change requests through to approval
Decision Support:

Prepare presentation materials (one-pagers, PowerPoint slides)

Participate in governance and change management meetings

Assist with formalizing requests for decision-makers

Participate in change management rituals and forums
Administrative Follow-up:

Assign purchase request numbers post-approval (depending on internal procedure)

Monitor the implementation of approved decisions (with the building PM and QAD system)

Consolidate and update data related to each change
Profile:

Education: Engineering degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, process, instrumentation, etc.)

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or within a complex industrial environment

Languages: Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
Additional Assets:

Experience in industrial projects involving cleanroom or dry room environments

Familiarity with industrial processes in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, data centers, or gigafactories
