Context
As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Computer Engineer to ensure the proper operation of the IT infrastructure and business applications across the company’s various production units. The position involves working across multiple sites and close collaboration with operational teams to ensure the continuity of industrial operations.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Administer, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the proper operation of networks, servers, workstations, and IT equipment.
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of ERP solutions and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents as quickly as possible.
• Provide technical support to users and assist them in resolving IT-related issues.
• Participate in information system enhancement projects and propose technical improvements.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
• Travel to the company’s various production units to carry out the required interventions.
• Document interventions and provide regular activity reports.
Required Profile
• Engineering degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of IT systems, networks, and/or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of industrial environments and their operational constraints.
• Availability to travel between the company’s different production units.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, autonomy, and a strong service orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
