Context

As part of a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project, we are looking for an Electrical QA/QC

Engineer to strengthen the quality team. The role covers the supervision and control of electrical installation

activities, ensuring full compliance with GMP, project specifications, and international standards.

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to electrical quality controllers on site.
  • Conduct and supervise inspections of LV/MV installations, grounding systems, cable trays,

instrumentation, and lighting systems.

  • Ensure the proper execution and documentation of FAT, SAT, loop checks, and commissioning

activities.

  • Review and validate supplier quality documents (ITP, PQP, SQP, FAT/SAT protocols, test reports,

certificates).

  • Manage and follow-up QOR (Quality Observation Reports) and NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)

until closure.

  • Lead and participate in regular meetings with suppliers and contractors to resolve technical and

quality issues.

  • Provide quality support and reporting to the Construction Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM).
  • Cooperate with the Turnover team to ensure proper documentation and handover packages.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly corporate quality reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and project-specific requirements.
  • (Bonus) Work with the EIDA Tool for documentation control and reporting.

Profile & Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience minimum as QA/QC Engineer on large-scale industrial or construction

projects (pharmaceutical sector is a plus).

  • Solid knowledge of electrical installation standards (IEC, NFPA, local codes).
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning protocols (FAT/SAT, loop checks, testing & verification).
  • Strong background in supplier quality management and site inspections.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written). German is an asset.
  • Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
