Context
As part of the deployment and modernization of electrical and automated equipment in RATP stations, we are looking for an Electrotechnical / Automation Engineer.
The mission consists of designing, monitoring, and validating supervision systems and technical information reporting, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of the installations.
Main missions

Design and implement electrical and automation architectures for station equipment supervision.

Define the signals to be reported and the parameters for energy and functional monitoring.

Develop or update electrical diagrams, synoptics, and automation plans.

Participate in defining communication architectures (PLCs, networks, interfaces).

Size electrical equipment (panels, protections, transformers, cabling).

Monitor testing and commissioning of supervision systems (SCADA, BMS/BAS).

Verify technical and regulatory compliance of plans and programs.

Participate in communication tests and technical reviews with RATP.

Write technical documentation (reports, diagrams, test sheets, minutes).

Propose technical optimizations to improve system performance.
Profile sought
Education: Electrotechnical or automation engineer (Master’s level).
Experience: 2 to 5 years in electrical studies, automation, or industrial supervision.
Technical skills:

Low/medium voltage electrotechnics, electrical diagram design.

Industrial automation and supervision (SCADA, BMS/BAS).

Industrial communication (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP…).

Proficiency in Caneco, AutoCAD, Ecodial, ETAP, etc.
Qualities: Rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset, and sense of teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
Languages: Fluent French – Professional English (oral and written).
