Context
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the multidisciplinary engineering delivery of large-scale hospitality and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating engineering disciplines, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering world-class projects in accordance with international quality standards and client expectations.
This position is ideally suited to professionals with extensive experience in leading engineering consultancies or Tier-1 design firms involved in the delivery of luxury hotels, mega resorts, and landmark masterplans across the GCC region.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure seamless coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Oversee engineering delivery in accordance with established engineering standards and quality requirements.
- Act as the primary technical interface between discipline engineering leads and project stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination, clear communication, and alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.
- Resolve complex technical issues and manage design coordination across all engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality operator requirements, including Marriott Luxury, Four Seasons, and Red Sea Global standards.
- Coordinate engineering activities throughout all project phases while meeting quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Support technical reviews, engineering approvals, and project decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring efficient project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline); a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience within a prime consultancy or Tier-1 engineering firm.
- Demonstrated experience delivering 5-star hotels, mega resorts, or signature masterplan developments in the GCC region.
- Strong background in multidisciplinary engineering coordination on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
