Context and Objective
As part of the development of our Engineering Design Office, we are looking for an Electrical Design Office Manager to lead and structure electrical engineering studies, support project electrical sizing, and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical sizing and design of installations (buildings, EV charging stations, tertiary infrastructures)
- Supervise and coordinate the Design Office team
- Produce or validate drawings, electrical diagrams, and calculation notes
- Use Caneco, AutoCAD, and Covadis for project design and cost estimation (experience preferred)
- Ensure regulatory and standards compliance for electrical studies
- Monitor the quality and deadlines of Design Office deliverables
- Participate in coordination meetings with project teams, clients, and partners
- Train and mentor less experienced team members
Required Profile
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in electrical or energy engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in electric mobility, electrical connection projects, or the tertiary sector
- Experience in team management and design office project leadership
- Proficiency with Caneco, AutoCAD, and Covadis (Covadis is a plus)
- Knowledge of electrical standards and EV charging infrastructure (IRVE) connection requirements
- Autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and coordination skills
