Context
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient HR operations while ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the company.
Missions & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including CV screening and interview scheduling
- Manage and update employee administrative records and HR documentation
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and absence monitoring
- Contribute to internal communication and employee coordination activities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data
- Provide administrative support for various HR tasks and processes
Profile Requirements
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Good command of French and English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools is an advantage
