As part of the development of our activities and the strengthening of our HR structure, we are looking for an experienced HR Director.
Context
As part of the development of its activities in Algeria and the strengthening of its HR structure, ProjecTTech is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director, capable of defining and managing an HR policy adapted to the challenges of a technical organization working on local and international projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and manage the HR strategy and policy, in compliance with Algerian regulations, particularly labor law and obligations towards CNAS.
- Structure recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding processes for high-value technical profiles: engineers, BIM experts, and project managers.
- Implement workforce and skills planning and support career development.
- Coordinate the international mobility of employees and experts.
- Ensure constructive social dialogue and compliance with regulatory, legal, and HSE requirements.
- Develop ProjecTTech’s attractiveness and employer brand.
- Supervise training and skills development programs.
- Define and monitor HR performance indicators, optimize HRIS tools, and manage payroll as well as the HR budget.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Algerian labor law and social obligations, particularly CNAS.
- Good knowledge of international HR practices and standards, particularly ISO 30414.
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent management, mobility, and skills development processes.
- Experience managing HR indicators, HRIS, payroll, and budgets.
- Good understanding of international and multicultural environments.
- Professional proficiency in French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken.
Candidate Profile
- Bac+5 degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Business School, or equivalent education.
- More than 10 years of experience in an HR management or leadership position.
- Experience ideally acquired in engineering, technical consulting, construction and public works, or energy.
- Proven experience in defining and deploying an HR strategy.
- Ability to work in a demanding, technical, and international environment.
