Context
As part of large-scale industrial projects, we are seeking a Junior Work Package Coordinator to support project teams during the construction execution phase. You ensure the monitoring of work package progress, contribute to the coordination of stakeholders, and ensure compliance with deadlines, in collaboration with technical managers and construction teams.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure the operational monitoring of the work packages entrusted to you.
• Participate in the coordination of companies and teams working on the construction site.
• Monitor the progress of the work and report identified deviations.
• Contribute to compliance with schedules, costs, and quality requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings and draft meeting minutes.
• Ensure reporting to the project manager.
• Collaborate with the engineering, construction, and planning teams to ensure the proper execution of the work.
Technical Skills
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in planning or coordination of industrial projects.
• Experience in the construction execution phase is essential.
• Knowledge of industrial environments (Gigafactory, petrochemicals, chemistry, or similar sectors).
• Good command of project planning and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of the interfaces between engineering, construction, and planning.
Candidate Profile
• Fluent French (main working language).
• English at a minimum B2 level (secondary working language of the project).
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
• Ability to coordinate several technical interfaces.
• Sense of responsibility and ability to make technical decisions within their scope.
• Organization, rigor, and analytical mindset.
