Context

As part of large-scale, highly technical industrial projects (pharmaceutical plants, gigafactories, hospitals, semiconductor sites), we are looking for a Lead Planner to oversee all planning activities.

The role involves structuring and controlling schedules for complex projects covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Define and maintain baseline schedules in line with contractual milestones.
• Ensure integration of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify scheduling risks.
• Coordinate scheduling data from various work packages and contractors.
• Lead and manage the project planning teams.
• Produce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to delay analysis and recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Lead Planner on complex industrial projects.
• Experience in regulated or highly technical environments (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, hospital, gigafactory).
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of EPC-type projects.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional level of English required.
