Context
As part of tertiary-sector projects, we are seeking a Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Project Manager to oversee the technical, operational, and financial management of projects.
The role involves coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring the overall management of projects involving buildings with significant technical complexity.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
• Manage projects from initiation through final acceptance of the works.
• Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and project profitability.
• Participate in technical and organizational decision-making processes.
Project Coordination
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Plan the different phases of the project and monitor their progress.
• Manage interfaces between the various trades and disciplines involved.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
Technical Coordination
• Manage LV electrical projects in tertiary environments such as:
o Hospitals and healthcare facilities,
o Industrial buildings (building shells and structures),
o Technical or complex facilities.
• Supervise engineering studies and validate technical solutions.
• Monitor contractors, suppliers, and project partners.
Client Relations & Operational Follow-Up
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding technical and operational matters.
• Lead project progress meetings and produce status reports.
• Ensure client satisfaction and successful project close-out.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in project management or LV electrical project execution.
• Experience in complex tertiary projects (hospitals, industrial buildings, public-access facilities) is highly appreciated.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
