Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on a major construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising all MEP installations, ensuring proper coordination with civil works, and guaranteeing that all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site MEP installations, including mechanical systems, electrical networks, and plumbing works
• Ensure proper coordination and interface management between MEP activities and civil engineering works
• Verify that installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Support and participate in testing, commissioning, and system handover processes
• Identify technical issues on site and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
• Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports to project management

Required Profile

• Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience working on MEP construction sites, preferably on large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil interfaces
• Good problem-solving skills and strong field presence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Working proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
