Context and Objective
As part of the development of its activities on large-scale nuclear and industrial projects, the company is strengthening its quality teams and is recruiting a Methods Quality Engineer.
The role involves structuring manufacturing quality methods and securing industrial processes, in the context of implementing or evolving organizations and quality standards. The engineer will work closely with production, methods, and project quality assurance teams.
Main Responsibilities
Structuring Quality Methods

Define manufacturing methods and associated quality controls

Implement manufacturing and control documentation
-
Contribute to drafting operational procedures and quality instructions
Industrial Process Control
-
Identify and analyze quality risks related to manufacturing processes
-
Propose and deploy actions to secure processes
-
Contribute to the standardization of industrial practices
Production Monitoring
-
Monitor the compliance of production operations with quality requirements
-
Participate in manufacturing reviews and project progress meetings
Document Management and Traceability
-
Ensure document traceability of manufacturing operations
-
Maintain conformity and update quality reference materials
Profile Sought
-
Holder of a higher education degree (Master’s / Bac+5) in engineering, quality, or industrial methods, with significant experience in industrial methods in a demanding manufacturing environment

Experience in nuclear, energy, or greenfield industrial construction projects is highly valued
