Context
As part of strategic projects in the Defence sector, we are seeking an experienced PMO to ensure the management of planning, costs, and risks across complex industrial programs. The position begins in an office environment for preparation, planning, and management activities, then evolves toward supporting teams on-site during the execution phases.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Define critical paths, analyze deviations, and propose corrective action plans.
• Ensure the monitoring of project progress in terms of timelines, costs, and performance.
• Identify, assess, and monitor project risks as well as mitigation actions.
• Produce dashboards, performance indicators, and reports intended for management.
• Participate in coordination meetings with technical teams, clients, and partners.
• Support teams during on-site execution phases in order to ensure compliance with schedule and budget objectives.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management methods, processes, and tools.
Technical Skills
• Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Solid experience in planning complex industrial projects.
• Excellent command of schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Good knowledge of engineering and construction environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and standards.
Candidate Profile
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a PMO, Planner, or Project Controls professional on large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience in the Defence sector is highly appreciated.
• Ability to work both in an office environment and during on-site phases.
• Professional English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
