Context
As part of the execution of large and complex tertiary projects, our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the technical, financial, and organizational management of projects from the pre-design phase through to final delivery. The role requires strong coordination with design, construction, and client teams, ensuring objectives in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines are met.
Main Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and take part in negotiating contract terms

Coordinate pricing and execution studies with technical teams

Plan and manage all project activities while ensuring adherence to budget and contractual obligations

Oversee the technical and financial management of the project and track performance indicators

Lead and motivate internal and external teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders

Monitor Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) compliance and ensure current standards are applied

Prepare progress reports, end-of-project reviews, and feedback documentation
Profile Sought

Bac+2 to Bac+5 (Associate to Master’s degree) in electrical engineering / electrotechnics

Solid experience in managing tertiary electricity projects, with both technical and financial responsibilities

Mastery of CFO/CFA environments and processes related to large-scale projects

Strong skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing contracts
