Job Summary
As part of the launch of a new industrial unit dedicated to the production and testing of electronic and telecom products (PCBs, RF modules, embedded equipment, or communication systems), we are seeking a Project Manager specialized in industrial technology transfer.

You will lead the full transfer of electronic assembly, integration, testing, and validation processes from a reference site to an international site. You will ensure industrial continuity, technical compliance, quality performance, and timely delivery in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Industrial Transfer Management
    • Structure and manage the overall transfer schedule (processes, equipment, validation).
    • Define project governance and coordinate technical teams (industrialization, quality, methods, supply chain).
    • Identify technical risks related to electronic and telecom process transfers.
    • Report progress to clients and industrial management.
  2. Electronic Assembly Process Transfer
    • Analyze existing lines: SMT, THT, mechanical integration, and cabling.
    • Define the target industrial workflow (SKD/CKD if applicable).
    • Transfer industrial documentation: process sheets, bills of materials, manufacturing files, machine programs.
    • Ensure performance reproducibility (throughput, yield, quality).
  3. Test & Validation Bench Transfer
    • Identify and transfer functional, ICT, FCT, RF, and burn-in test benches.
    • Revalidate test sequences and associated software.
    • Supervise FAT/SAT of production and test equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  4. Industrial Validation & Qualification
    • Manage pilot series and process qualification.
    • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI).
    • Monitor performance indicators (FPY, yield, MTBF, defect rates).
    • Implement corrective actions for any quality or process deviations.
  5. Laboratory Cloning & Test Environment
    • Define technical specifications for the lab (ESD, RF, climatic conditions, automated test benches).
    • Coordinate installation of measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, RF generators, microwave benches, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with ATEX requirements if applicable.
  6. Training & Skills Transfer
    • Train local teams on electronic processes and test protocols.
    • Ensure knowledge transfer for electronic industrialization.
    • Validate operational autonomy of the target site.

Candidate Profile

  • Engineering degree in electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, or industrial engineering.
  • Significant experience in industrialization or project management in PCB production, telecom equipment, or critical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT environments, automated test benches, and product validation.
  • Familiarity with industrial quality standards (IPC, ISO, electronic traceability).
  • Experience in international coordination is a plus.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Strong technical analysis skills and cross-functional leadership.
