Context

This role involves preparing, organizing, and monitoring public lighting construction sites by supervising teams and coordinating activities. It includes technical oversight as well as participation in site preparation, partial project management, and quote drafting. The goal is to ensure the quality, timeline, and safety of the work while facilitating coordination between field teams and technical management.


Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize public lighting construction sites, including procurement and scheduling.

  • Monitor and lead teams on-site or remotely, ensuring compliance with technical instructions and deadlines.

  • Participate in partial project management: budget control, procurement, and resource management.

  • Draft quotes and interact with clients or subcontractors to ensure proper project execution.

  • Supervise work on-site and act as the interface between field teams and technical management.

  • Ensure compliance of works with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Collaborate with other trades and departments to coordinate site interfaces.

Desired Profile

Education

  • BAC +2 to BAC +3 in electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction, or an equivalent technical field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public lighting or building/public works projects.

  • Field experience supervising and leading teams.

  • Experience in site preparation, monitoring, and partial project management, including quote drafting.

Technical Skills

  • Management and planning of public lighting construction sites.

  • Team leadership and subcontractor coordination.

  • Procurement and resource management.

  • Quote drafting and light administrative follow-up.
