π― Position Overview:
As part of a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to manage the tracking and resolution of non-conformities (CNR) on-site.
This role requires daily interaction with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, and involves a strong on-site presence.
π οΈ Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise the handling of non-conformities detected during the construction phase

Lead non-conformity review meetings with all project stakeholders (site teams, suppliers, subcontractors)

Update and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans

Maintain quality indicators and dashboards

Draft QA/QC reports and associated documentation

Ensure compliance with quality procedures and contractual/client requirements

Participate in internal audits and external inspections as needed
π€ Profile Sought:

Proven experience in CNR (Non-Conformity Report) environments, minimum 5 years

Strong knowledge of quality processes in regulated industrial environments (preferably nuclear, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom sectors)

Ability to manage non-conformities with rigor, structure, and clarity

Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and autonomy
