Context
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to support the delivery of prestigious luxury hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural execution drawings, coordinating complex construction details, and ensuring that all architectural documentation accurately reflects the approved design intent and the project’s quality standards.
This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in fast-track luxury hospitality or premium commercial developments, delivering detailed construction documentation within multidisciplinary project environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural execution drawings, construction details, and detailed design packages.
- Develop complex interface details, including stone-to-glass junctions, waterproofing details for wet areas, façade interfaces, and bespoke architectural elements.
- Prepare focus plans, enlarged details, and coordinated construction documentation.
- Review subcontractor shop drawings to ensure full compliance with the approved design intent, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Support the technical submittal process by reviewing material submissions, compliance documentation, and method statements.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, interior design, and façade engineering teams.
- Resolve technical detailing issues and provide construction support throughout project execution.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and assist in maintaining project quality and delivery schedules.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience delivering execution drawings and detailed design packages for luxury hospitality or premium commercial developments.
- Strong expertise in architectural detailing, construction documentation, and shop drawing review.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering or architectural consultancy environments.
- Excellent understanding of luxury materials, construction methodologies, and building detailing.
- Ability to work efficiently within fast-track project environments while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
