Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Planner to support the delivery of a large-scale data center project.
This position involves overseeing planning activities within a complex industrial environment, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement and construction phases.
The role requires strong exposure to heavy industrial or EPC project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement and construction activities.
- Establish and manage baseline schedules and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays or scheduling risks.
- Coordinate planning inputs across multiple stakeholders and work packages.
- Lead and mentor planning teams, ensuring consistency and quality in scheduling practices.
- Support project management with reporting, forecasting and recovery strategies.
- Ensure planning compliance with contractual requirements and project governance standards.
Required Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning.
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale EPC projects.
- Background in heavy process industries such as oil & gas, nuclear, or similar industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and guide planning teams effectively.
- Strong command of Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in French, including familiarity with French labor regulations.
- Availability for immediate, full-time, on-site engagement.
