Role Context
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site operations and ensure the safe, timely, and quality delivery of construction activities for large-scale projects in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and strict adherence to project plans, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction activities and operations
- Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance
- Coordinate with planning, design, and project management teams to resolve site issues
- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
- Identify and mitigate site risks, conflicts, and delays
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals
- Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience as a Site Manager on large-scale infrastructure, urban, or mega projects
- Proven experience in managing complex construction sites and multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume, fast-paced projects
- Experience in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, supervision, and team management skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication abilities
- Solid knowledge of construction techniques, planning, and project control
- HSE awareness and ability to enforce safety protocols
- Problem-solving and decision-making under challenging site conditions
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
