Context
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing team and contribute to attracting top talent across various departments.
Missions & Responsibilities
- Identify and attract high-potential candidates aligned with the company’s hiring needs and culture
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies to strengthen talent attraction
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a professional, smooth, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment activities, maintain candidate databases, and prepare hiring reports when needed
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition
Profile Requirements
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Passion for recruitment, talent management, and building high-performing teams
