Context:
As part of strengthening a project team, we are looking for a Technical Design Planner to support our existing consultant. The ideal candidate has proven experience in planning engineering design activities, with strong command of Primavera P6 and technical skills in Electrical and HVAC systems.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist the lead consultant in managing schedules for engineering design phases (Concept Design, Detailed Design, Execution Drawings).

Create, update, and maintain planning schedules using Primavera P6.

Monitor milestones, deliverables, and coordination across disciplines (Electrical, HVAC, Structural, etc.).

Identify scheduling risks and deviations; propose and implement corrective actions.

Attend project review meetings with engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver regular progress reports.
Required Profile:

3 to 4 years of experience in planning engineering design for technical projects.

Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 (creation, updates, reporting).

Technical knowledge or experience in Electrical and HVAC systems.

Good understanding of technical coordination and execution workflows.

Autonomous, precise, and a team player.
Additional Assets:

Familiarity with other planning tools (MS Project, advanced Excel).

Experience in industrial, tertiary, or complex infrastructure projects.
