Position Context:
As part of the expansion of its railway transport systems activities, our client is seeking a Railway Signaling Design Engineer. You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design and technical follow-up of various signaling projects (SNCF, tramway, suburban lines, etc.).
Main Responsibilities:

Produce technical studies in accordance with standards, input data, client requirements, and best practices

Analyze technical documents (specifications, design principles, etc.) and ensure their integration into the study cycle

Contribute to the drafting of technical notes, specifications, and safety documentation

Define and validate system interfaces

Create execution schematics, layout plans, and technical documentation (Autocad)

Support construction and testing activities on site

Propose improvements for tools, methodologies, and work processes
Profile Sought:
Education:
-
Bac+2/3 in Electrical Engineering or Bac+5 Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Industrial IT
Experience:

Previous experience in railway signaling design or similar transport system projects is appreciated
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of railway signaling systems (SNCF, tramway, metro, etc.)

Strong command of Autocad (mandatory); Caneco is a plus

Understanding of LV distribution, low current systems, automation

Familiarity with SSE requirements (Safety, Health, Environment) and relevant standards

Good grasp of complex transport systems
