Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer specialized in Civil Engineering to support technical coordination and documentation management on a large-scale infrastructure project.
The role ensures proper follow-up and consistency of civil engineering deliverables, while coordinating interfaces between engineering, construction and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage civil engineering deliverables (drawings, calculations, specifications, reports).
- Ensure proper tracking and control of civil documentation and submittals.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between civil, structural and other engineering disciplines.
- Support preparation and validation of technical submittals.
- Monitor progress of civil engineering activities and identify potential issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance of works with project specifications, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interface with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
- Support construction phases through technical coordination and documentation follow-up.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar Office Engineer or technical coordination role.
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Good understanding of civil works (concrete structures, earthworks, infrastructure).
- Experience in international project environments is preferred.
