Context
We are seeking an experienced Architect to support the delivery of prestigious luxury hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural execution drawings, coordinating construction details, and ensuring that all architectural documentation accurately reflects the approved design intent and the project’s quality standards.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in fast-track luxury hospitality or premium commercial developments, delivering detailed construction documentation within multidisciplinary project environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural execution drawings, detailed plans, and construction documentation.
- Develop complex architectural interface details, including stone-to-glass junctions, waterproofing details for wet areas, façade interfaces, and bespoke architectural elements.
- Prepare focus plans, enlarged details, and coordinated architectural drawings for construction.
- Review subcontractor shop drawings to ensure compliance with the approved design intent, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Support the technical submittal process by reviewing material submissions, compliance documentation, and method statements.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, interior design, and façade engineering teams.
- Assist in resolving technical detailing issues during design development and construction.
- Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to the timely delivery of architectural documentation.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience producing execution drawings and construction documentation for luxury hospitality or premium commercial developments.
- Strong expertise in architectural detailing, shop drawing review, and construction coordination.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering or architectural consultancy environments.
- Good knowledge of luxury materials, construction methodologies, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation within fast-track project environments.
