Context
As part of the development of our activities in the data center sector, we are looking for a Civil Engineering / CSA Construction Lead. You will be responsible for managing the Civil Engineering, Structure and Architecture (CSA) packages, from the design phase through to the acceptance of the works. As a true technical and operational reference, you will ensure the coordination of stakeholders in order to guarantee safety, quality, compliance with deadlines and operational performance.
Main Responsibilities
· Manage the entire life cycle of the Civil Engineering, Structure and Architecture packages, from design to delivery.
· Develop, monitor and adjust short- and medium-term schedules according to work progress.
· Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and commissioning deadlines.
· Coordinate subcontracting companies and internal teams to ensure the safety, quality and efficiency of the works.
· Supervise the management of resources, deliveries, logistics and the sequencing of activities on site.
· Ensure continuous coordination with the HVAC, Electrical, Commissioning and Quality teams.
· Manage inspections, the lifting of reservations and acceptance operations for the works.
· Participate in constructability studies, design developments and technical impact analyses.
· Identify risks, anticipate difficulties and implement the necessary corrective actions.
Technical Skills
· Solid expertise in the management of Civil Engineering, Structure and Architecture (CSA) works.
· Confirmed experience on complex industrial projects, ideally in data centers or technical buildings.
· Good knowledge of building technical installations and interfaces with technical trades.
· Proficiency in French regulations, construction standards and administrative procedures.
· Proficiency in BIM, project planning tools and document management platforms.
· Good understanding of site management, quality, safety and technical coordination methodologies.
· Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s +5 level degree (Master’s or Engineering degree) in Civil Engineering, Structure, Construction or equivalent.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in the delivery of construction projects.
· At least 3 years of experience as a package manager or discipline manager.
· Significant experience in industrial environments, data centers or highly technical construction projects.
· Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate numerous stakeholders.
