Position Overview:

As part of complex construction projects in controlled environments (cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical or microelectronics industries), you will support the Construction Manager in the day-to-day site operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of works, in compliance with technical, regulatory, and HSE standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Construction Manager in daily site supervision

  • Coordinate subcontractors on-site: HVAC, electrical, architectural works, interior finishing

  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and scheduling constraints

  • Oversee implementation of technical specifications specific to controlled environments

  • Participate in coordination, safety, and client progress meetings

  • Review execution procedures, installation plans, risk analyses, and work permits

  • Enforce HSE regulations and quality requirements on site

  • Prepare inspection points, site checks, and qualification phases (IQ/OQ) in coordination with Quality/Validation teams


Candidate Profile:

  • Higher education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Prior experience on regulated or technical site environments (e.g. pharma, cleanrooms, nuclear) is preferred

  • Solid understanding of construction processes and HSE constraints in sensitive environments

  • Comfortable working in the field with multidisciplinary teams

  • Operational leadership, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong technical writing and reporting capabilities

  • Professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory for reporting, client meetings, and technical documentation


Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execution procedures

  • Knowledge of qualification/validation processes (IQ/OQ)

  • Proficient with office tools: Word, Excel, MS Project

  • Strong awareness of HSE and quality standards
