Context
As part of the development of our activities in the data center sector, we are looking for an HV/LV (High Voltage/Low Voltage) Supervisor to oversee the electrical installation works on a large-scale industrial project. You will ensure the proper execution of the installations, compliance with technical requirements, safety, deadlines and quality, while coordinating the various stakeholders on site.
Main Responsibilities
· Supervise the installation works of high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
· Coordinate subcontracting companies working on site.
· Ensure compliance with the schedule, costs, quality and technical requirements.
· Check the compliance of installations with plans, specifications and applicable standards.
· Participate in site meetings and ensure regular reporting on work progress.
· Identify deviations, propose corrective actions and ensure their follow-up.
· Ensure the application of HSE rules and compliance with safety procedures.
· Ensure the interface between the construction teams, design office, project teams and the various stakeholders.
· Participate in testing, energization operations, commissioning, acceptance and the lifting of reservations.
Technical Skills
· Good knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations:
· High and low voltage (HV/LV)
· Electrical switchboards
· Electrical distribution
· Cable trays
· Lighting and equipment power supply
· Grounding and electrical protection
· Reading and interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams.
· Knowledge of electrical standards and HSE requirements.
· Proficiency in the Office Suite and knowledge of AutoCAD appreciated.
· Experience in supervising works on industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
· Professional English enabling work in an international environment.
Candidate Profile
· Education from 2-year to 5-year higher education level in electrotechnics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising HV/LV works on industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
· Experience in data centers or critical electrical installations is an asset.
· Good ability to coordinate several companies and monitor work progress.
· Sense of organization and ability to manage constraints related to technical construction sites.
