Context:
As part of the development of its HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) design activity, our multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Autofluides, to work on tertiary, public-access buildings (ERP), and public buildings.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical Studies
-
Perform thermal and airflow calculations based on project needs.

Size HVAC equipment: AHUs, heat pumps, fan coil units, boiler rooms, air and water networks, etc.

Develop schematics, technical diagrams, and calculation notes using tools such as Climawin, Plancal Nova, etc.

Write technical documents: technical specifications (CCTP), breakdown of quantities and pricing (DPGF), cost estimates.

Incorporate energy and regulatory constraints (RT2012, RE2020, existing thermal regulations, HQE, etc.).
3D Modelling & Design
-
Create 3D models of HVAC systems using Revit MEP.

Produce execution drawings and coordination/synthesis plans using AutoCAD.
-
Manage external references (Xrefs) in coordination with architects.

Ensure technical consistency between disciplines in the context of BIM coordination.
Project Coordination

Work closely with engineers from other disciplines: plumbing, electrical, structural, architectural.

Attend technical coordination and BIM synthesis meetings.

Provide technical support to site teams during the execution phase.

Assist in producing as-built documentation (DOE) and technical data sheets for installed systems.
Profile Sought:
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Autofluides (required).

Solid command of HVAC calculation software: Climawin, Plancal Nova, etc.

Good knowledge of thermal and energy regulations: RT2012, RE2020, etc.

Proven experience managing Xrefs and coordinating with architects.
