Context

As part of transport and railway infrastructure projects, LV Design Technicians are involved in electrical studies related to railway stations and associated facilities. The role focuses on the design, sizing, and production of technical documentation required for the implementation of low-voltage electrical installations.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out LV electrical studies for railway station projects and associated infrastructure.

• Produce electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.

• Participate in the sizing and design of low-voltage electrical installations.

• Prepare calculation notes and technical documentation packages.

• Ensure compliance of studies with project requirements, standards, and regulations.

• Coordinate with project teams and various engineering disciplines.

• Contribute to the analysis of technical requirements and the development of suitable solutions.

• Update technical documentation according to project changes and developments.

• Support the technical follow-up of studies through to the construction phase.

Candidate Profile

• BTS, DUT, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in LV tertiary electrical design, ideally within the transport or railway sector.

• Good knowledge of electrical installations in tertiary buildings.

• Experience on railway station projects or associated infrastructure is considered an advantage.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.

• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills

• Design and production of LV electrical drawings and schematics.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Sizing and design of low-voltage electrical installations.

• Knowledge of electrical standards applicable to tertiary environments.

• Technical coordination with various project stakeholders.

• Knowledge of transport infrastructure projects is a plus.
