Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement maintenance strategies (preventive and corrective)
- Manage mechanical, electrical, and automation teams
- Minimize unplanned shutdowns
- Optimize maintenance costs and spare parts management
- Implement predictive maintenance tools
- Ensure availability of critical equipment (EAF, LRF)Profile Required:
Candidate’s Profile:
- Engineering degree in Maintenance, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 8–12 years of experience in heavy industry
- Strong leadership experience
