Context
As part of complex industrial projects (Gigafactory, Data Center or highly technical installations), we are looking for a Mechanical and Plumbing Works Manager (M&P). You will be responsible for the complete management of the mechanical packages (HVAC, cooling, fluids) and plumbing, from preparation through delivery of the installations, while ensuring coordination with all project stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
· Manage the entire life cycle of the Mechanical & Plumbing packages.
· Develop, monitor and adjust short- and medium-term schedules.
· Supervise work progress, resolve blocking points and ensure compliance with construction and commissioning milestones.
· Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to ensure the safety, quality and performance of the works.
· Manage resources, deliveries, site logistics and the sequencing of operations.
· Ensure the interface with the Civil Engineering/Structure/Architecture (CSA), Electrical, Quality and Commissioning teams.
· Manage inspections, the lifting of reservations and the acceptance activities of the works.
· Participate in constructability reviews, design developments and scope changes.
· Ensure the monitoring of contracts and services related to M&P works.
Technical Skills
· Engineering Degree or Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, thermal engineering or construction management.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, including at least 3 years managing Mechanical & Plumbing packages.
· Confirmed experience on complex industrial projects, Gigafactory, Data Center, nuclear or highly technical installations.
· Good knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulic networks, industrial plumbing and piping.
· Knowledge of applicable French and European standards and regulations.
· Proficiency in BIM, planning and document management tools.
