Context
As part of complex industrial projects, particularly in Data Center environments, the Planner works within project teams to structure, manage, and secure project timelines. They support the engineering, construction, and commissioning phases by ensuring schedule consistency and control of contractual milestones.
Main Responsibilities
Schedule Development and Structuring
- Build project schedules using Primavera P6
- Break down activities (WBS) in coordination with technical teams
- Define logical sequences and critical paths
- Integrate contractual and operational constraints
Schedule Monitoring and Control
- Update schedules based on actual progress
- Analyze schedule deviations (delays, slippage, impacts)
- Identify scheduling risks and propose corrective actions
- Track key milestones and raise alerts in case of deviations
Project Coordination
- Interface with engineering, construction teams, and suppliers
- Participate in project review meetings
- Consolidate field data to improve schedule reliability
- Ensure consistency between schedule, resources, and progress
Reporting
- Produce dashboards and performance indicators (SPI, progress, S-curves)
- Prepare internal and client reports
- Provide scenario analyses (rescheduling, acceleration, optimization)
Profile Required
- Experience in planning industrial or construction projects
- Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6
- Good understanding of technical environments (engineering / construction sites)
- Ability to analyze risks and scheduling dependencies
- Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder coordination
