Context:

We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to strengthen its operations team and ensure consistent production performance within a high-capacity steel melting shop.

The role involves supervising daily operations across EAF, LRF, and CCM, while leading shift teams and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of:
• EAF (Electric Arc Furnace)
• LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace)
• CCM (Continuous Casting Machine)
• Lead and manage shift teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and procedures
• Monitor and achieve daily production targets (quantity, quality, efficiency)
• Handle operational issues in real time and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Ensure proper communication between shifts and departments
• Report operational performance, incidents, and KPIs to management

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel production (SMS required)
• Proven experience in team supervision and shift management
• Experience in high-capacity steel plants is a strong advantage
