Context

As part of public lighting infrastructure creation, renovation, and modernization projects, we are looking for a Public Lighting Site Manager to ensure the operational management of worksites.

The position consists of coordinating the works, ensuring their proper execution, and acting as the interface between field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, while complying with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties

Worksite Preparation

• Prepare and organize operations before the start of the works.
• Analyze technical files and plan interventions.
• Coordinate the necessary human, material, and logistical resources.
• Participate in monitoring supplies.

Work Execution

• Supervise the execution of public lighting works.
• Manage field teams and subcontracting companies.
• Ensure compliance with the schedule, the quality of the work performed, and contractual requirements.
• Identify worksite issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Technical & Financial Management

• Monitor the progress of the works.
• Participate in budget monitoring of operations.
• Check work progress statements and completed services.
• Ensure the technical compliance of the delivered installations.

Safety & Client Relations

• Ensure compliance with safety and prevention rules on worksites.
• Participate in site meetings and provide reporting to the Business Manager.
• Act as the contact person for clients, local authorities, and partners regarding operational matters.
• Participate in acceptance procedures and the clearance of outstanding reservations.

Profile Required

• Bachelor’s degree +2 to +5 in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in site management in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following fields: LV (Low Voltage), MV (Medium Voltage), or EIA (Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation).
• Proven experience in managing worksites, coordinating teams, and supervising subcontractors.
• Ability to monitor the technical, organizational, and financial aspects of operations.
• Good knowledge of HSE rules and standards applicable to industrial electrical installations.
• Ability to anticipate worksite issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients, field teams, and the various stakeholders.
