Role Overview :

The RFP & Tendering Expert is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and proposal process for complex projects.

The role ensures high-quality, compliant and competitive submissions in response to RFPs, RFQs and tenders, supporting business development and strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full RFP and tender lifecycle, from bid/no-bid decision to final submission.
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs and tender documents to identify technical, commercial and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders (engineering, commercial, legal, finance, operations).
  • Structure and prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with tender instructions, deadlines and quality standards.
  • Interface with clients during clarification phases and support negotiations when required.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, templates and bid libraries.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies in coordination with cost and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to post-bid reviews and continuous improvement of tendering processes.

Required Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in RFP management and tendering activities within complex project environments.
  • Background in real estate, infrastructure or large-scale projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, procurement processes and bid evaluation mechanisms.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Solid experience with tender documentation and proposal structuring.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong coordination skills across technical, commercial and legal teams.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools and document management systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, resilient and solution-oriented mindset.

Languages

  • English : professional proficiency required
  • Arabic is a plus.
