Context
As part of a major infrastructure and urban development project, we are seeking a VRD Site Manager (MOEX) to join a construction supervision team.
The role focuses on urban development works and transport infrastructure projects and requires a strong on-site presence, control of construction execution, and coordination of the various project stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Duties
Construction supervision (MOEX missions)
• Carry out VISA, DET, and AOR duties in accordance with project requirements.
• Review and control execution studies and documents produced by contractors.
• Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in pre-acceptance inspections and punch-list resolution.
Site supervision
• Ensure daily on-site monitoring of construction works.
• Control work quality and compliance with contracts.
• Verify work progress and adherence to the schedule.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
Stakeholder coordination
• Act as interface between contractors, project owners, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in site meetings and prepare meeting reports.
• Coordinate actions with scheduling (OPC), design coordination, and site management teams.
• Ensure proper flow of information among stakeholders.
Contract management & reporting
• Participate in administrative and contractual monitoring of construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with public works contract standards (CCAG Travaux).
• Produce progress reports and monitoring documents.
• Alert project management in case of deviations or identified risks.
Required Profile
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, VRD, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Significant experience in Construction Supervision (MOEX).
• Essential experience in urban development projects, bus rapid transit (BHNS), tramways, or linear infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of VISA, DET, and AOR missions.
• Understanding of public procurement contracts and CCAG Travaux.
• Ability to work independently within a project supervision team.
• Valid driving license (B) and vehicle required.
