Context
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – Infrastructure Networks (Wet & Dry) to support the development and coordination of BIM models for infrastructure projects across multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for wet and dry utility networks.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate models and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Update models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and maintain project documentation

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in wet and dry utility modeling.
- Proficient in Revit with good knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, and 3ds Max.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
