Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Revit BIM Modeller to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for high-end interior design projects, including custom joinery, furniture, and finishes. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for architectural and interior design packages
- Produce comprehensive Interior Design construction documentation: furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), power, lighting, plumbing, elevations, and sections
- Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens, and furniture, ensuring technical feasibility
- Prepare and manage schedules for doors, windows, joinery, and ironmongery
- Interpret FF&E and material specifications and integrate them accurately into Revit models and drawing sets
- Coordinate interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines to achieve clash-free designs
- Maintain Revit families and templates according to company BIM standards
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes and internal design protocols
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Interior Design documentation, high-end real estate, or hospitality projects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Experience working in BIM environments, including model coordination and LOD 300–400 development
- Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing, and material interfaces
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
